In our gang sheet creator you have the option to create an account and save your uploaded images for ease of use in creating future designs, Your images will be saved ONLY for your view and use.
We use only the highest quality professional inks and films ensuring these are ready for you to press with amazing results! We use Hot Peel Film!! No letting it cool to streamline your process!
Once custom prints are submitted they are non-refundable so please read the following carefully!!
DO NOT MIRROR YOUR IMAGES - Upload and submit exactly the way you want them to appear on your item!
We are using white ink when printing so if your image has a white background then it will print it that too, So you want to ensure your background is removed if it has one!! We have a video posted on how to do this and use the gang sheet builder to the fullest ability to make your projects pop!
We recommend a high resolution JPEG (photo) or a PNG file for graphics. If not you're taking the risk of having a low quality image printed. We always recommend 300 dpi, (however most images about 150 dpi will look completely fine, if you're concerned about an image or the dpi Just email us at avajanesprints@gmail.com before proceeding). We will NOT modify your graphics in anyway shape or form what you send is what we print.
Pressing Instructions:
A clamp down heat press is recommend for application!
DTF Prints can be applied to any cotton or poly blend shirts (poly use less heat)
These can be applied to ANY color shirt (yes even black)
For Cotton Blend Shirts apply at 300F for 15 seconds with heavy pressure, Peel Hot (if you get any resistance stop immediately and press again, you may need to increase your heat on your press or pressure it should peel smoothly), Wait about 10 seconds and then repress for 10 seconds with parchment paper or otherwise for added protection.
For Polyester shirts you can do the same process but lower the heat to 275 for 15 seconds.
Washing Instructions - 24 hours before washing your garment. Wash in cold water, inside out, no bleach, no softener, and tumble dry low or hang to dry.
